New Construction and Roof Replacements
Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) membrane roofs are a popular, cost-effective single-ply commercial roofing system. Known for its white reflective surface, energy efficiency, and high UV resistance. TPO membranes are heat-welded for watertight seams and are highly resistant to punctures and tears.
TPO Membrane
Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) membrane is a durable, single-ply thermoplastic roofing material known for superior waterproofing, high strength, and resistance to chemicals and punctures. PVC is resistant to chemicals, grease, and fats, making it ideal for restaurants, and is fully recyclable. We are proud to install Michigan-made Duro-Last "The World's Best Roof®" PVC products.
PVC Membrane
Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer (EPDM) is a durable, flexible, single-ply synthetic rubber roofing membrane ideal for low-slope commercial roofs, with a warrantable lifespan of 30 years. Known for extreme weather, UV, and ozone resistance, it is available in black, grey or white and installed via fully adhered or rock ballast systems. Dark-colored EPDM is ideal for buildings in northern climates and helps save heating costs.
EPDM Membrane
Roof coatings are liquid-applied membranes designed to protect, waterproof, and extend the life of structurally sound roofs. They offer an alternative to a full roof replacement by sealing leaks and reflecting UV rays to lower energy costs.
Roof Coatings
Green roofs, also known as living or vegetative roofs, are rooftop systems partially or completely covered with vegetation. Trays of plant life are placed over a waterproofing membrane and grow for aesthetic and environmental benefit. We are proud to install Michigan-grown LiveRoof green roof systems.
